(In most parts of Luzon, including Metro Manila, generally fair weather will prevail, although chances of sudden and brief rain showers due to localized thunderstorms are possible.)

Villamil added that the entire Visayas will likewise experience clear and dry weather with chances of rain due to localized thunderstorms, while Mindanao will have cloudy skies and chances of rain due to the intertropical convergence zone.

Pagasa has also raised gale warnings in Batanes, northern coast of Ilocos Norte, Cagayan including Babuyan Islands, Isabela, Aurora, eastern coast of Quezon including Polillo Islands, Camarines Norte, northern coast of Camarines Sur, eastern and northern coast of Catanduanes, eastern coast of Albay, eastern coast of Sorsogon, Northern Samar and Eastern Samar.
