MANILA, Philippines — Senator Mark Villar, alongside the Philippine delegation led by President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. met with the Filipino community in Brussels, Belgium.
Filipinos from different parts of Europe attended the Filipino community meetup.
In his message to the Filipino community, Marcos emphasized that his administration will continue pushing for measures and programs to help all OFWs in Europe.
The event was the first order of business for the Philippine delegation before they took on numerous bilateral meetings and engaged in the ASEAN-EU Summit proper.
“This is a good start for our trip here in Brussels. Together with PBBM we reassured our commitment to take good care of all Filipinos not just in the Philippines but more so abroad,” Villar said.
