MANILA, Philippines — A 24/7 primary care clinic in Makati will open in early 2023, Mayor Abby Binay said in a statement on Tuesday.
“We’ll be opening the 24/7 primary care clinic soon, and I consider this a big milestone for Makati,” Binay said.
Binay made the remark as she inspected the new Makati Life Medical Center in Malugay Street, Barangay Bel-Air on Monday.
Once opened, the clinic will offer a complete range of primary care services, including preventive health screenings, diagnosis and treatment of common medical conditions, laboratory tests, RT-PCR tests, nutrition consultations, 24/7 pharmacy services, and more.
Makati Life Medical Center is the second hospital in the city that will serve Yellow Card holders for free.
The P9.77-billion hospital has 360 beds and 190 doctor’s clinics.
The Level 2 hospital with multiple specialty centers boasts advanced medical technology and modern facilities focusing on prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation services.
“We envision an efficient, inclusive, and patient-centered healthcare system that will benefit all Makatizens,” Binay said.
