10 suspects yield over P69,000 ‘shabu’ in Olongapo City

OLONGAPO CITY–At least 10 people were arrested after police carried out a series of anti-narcotics operations in this city, authorities said Monday, Dec 12.
In a report, the Olongapo City Police Office (OCPO) said the drug suspects yielded more than 10 grams of “shabu” (crystal meth) worth P69, 632.
The drug haul resulted from seven police operations from Dec. 4 to Dec. 10.
According to the OCPO, the 12 most wanted persons were also arrested during the same period.
A former communist rebel was also captured in a separate operation in the city last week. INQ
