MANILA, Philippines — Cloudy skies and rain showers due to the easterlies are expected in parts of the country on Friday, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).

Pagasa warned of possible flash floods and landslides in rain-affected areas.
