Manila Water announces December 2022 desludging schedule

Manila Water has released the December desludging schedule for its customers, as the firm also reminds its customers to coordinate with their barangay office to settle the schedule of this service with no added cost.
Residents of Darangan in Binangonan; Barangays San Isidro in Dalig and Dela Paz in Antipolo; and Brgys. Calumpang, San Roque, Sta. Elena, Sto. Nino, Fortune, and Nangka in Marikina City can expect desludging services available to them in December.
Simultaneously, desludging tankers and equipment are ready for roll out on the said month in South Daang Hari in Taguig City; Tibagan in San Juan City; San Martin de Porres in Paranaque; and Brgys. Culiat, Pagligsahan, Matandang Balara, Marilag, Mangga, Kaunlaran, Immaculate Concepcion, and Valencia in Quezon City.
There will also be desludging activities in Carmona, Poblacion, Santa Cruz, and Tejeros in Makati City; Welfareville Compound in Barangay Addition Hills, Buwayang Bato, Hulo, and Plainview in Mandaluyong; and Brgys. 766, 770, 772, 780, 782, 783, 792, 793, 866, 869, 873, 874, 875, 876, 894, 896, 897, 898, 899, 903, 904, and 905 in Manila.
Manila Water Corporate Communication Affairs Group Head Jeric Sevilla stressed the importance of having septic tanks regularly siphoned.
“Let’s not wait until our septic tanks are full. That’s going to cause a bigger hassle for our customers. That is why we ask them to avail of this service at no added cost every five years,” Sevilla said
Sevilla also stated that the customers do not need to pay for the service as long as they contact their barangay offices to settle scheduling.
