Cesario Panaligan; 80

Cesario Bagsit Panaligan of San Jose, Batangas, died on March 28 after a lingering illness.  He was 80.

He is survived by wife Virginia; children Arlene and Nick Plata; Lito and Aileen Panaligan; Brenda and Raymond Togonon; and Dennis and Josie Panaligan; 15 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

His remains lie at the Panaligan residence in Bo. Aguila, San Jose, Batangas.  Interment details will be announced later.
