NORZAGARAY, Bulacan — A 42-year-old man is facing a murder complaint for the death of a 22-year-old student after the two figured in a road rage incident early this week, police said Thursday, Nov. 10.
Colonel Relly Arnedo, Bulacan police director, said lawmen were hunting down Michael Torrazo of Barangay Poblacion in this town, after he allegedly shot and killed Monday evening John Paul Benedict Cruz, a student.
Investigators said the two had a verbal tussle after the motorcycle-riding Cruz accidentally bumped Torrazo, who was then riding a bicycle.
Torrazo then drew his firearm and shot the victim, who died instantly.
Police said the murder complaint was lodged against Torrazo, who remained at large, with the Bulacan Prosecutor’s Office in the City of Malolos.
