MABALACAT CITY, Pampanga — A total of 219 male recruits formally took their oaths as police patrolmen in a ceremony at Camp Julian Olivas in the City of San Fernando in this province on Wednesday, November 9.

In a statement, Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Cesar Pasiwen said the new recruits will be deployed to different police offices in the region after their one-year training at the Regional Training School 3 in Magalang town also in this province.

He said the new patrolmen “were chosen after a stringent screening process.”

Pasiwen asked the new patrolmen to become good officers by upholding the core values of the national police force.

Last month, 181 female police recruits took their oath in the same camp and are currently training at the regional training center.
