The non-commissioned SWS survey published in its website on Thursday indicated that 60 percent of the respondents approved of the bill, while 17 percent of them disapproved and 23 percent of them undecided.
Of the 60 percent, 32 percent said they strongly approve while 29 percent said they somewhat approve of the measure.
The survey was conducted from September 29 to October 2 through a face-to-face interview of 1,500 adults all over the country.
