MANILA, Philippines – A total of 1,116 out of 2,034 examinees passed the October 2022 Foresters Licensure Examination, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced Wednesday.
Last October, the examination was conducted in different parts of the country, including Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Davao, and Zamboanga.
Regein Gonzaga Calunsag, a test taker from Central Mindanao University, topped the examination with 92.95 percent.
University of the Philippines (UP) Los Baños students Ren Antoinette Leovido and Irene Mae Baldosano followed behind with 92.25 percent and 91.70 percent, respectively.

According to the PRC news release, UP Los Baños was the top-performing school, with 117 out of 121 or 96.69 percent of its examinees passing the test.
Successful test takers were reminded by the PRC to register for the issuance of a professional identification card and a certificate of registration from December 5 to 7, 2022.
The commission also noted that successful examinees who plan to register must bring the duly accomplished oath form or panunumpa ng propesyonal, the notice of admission, two pieces of passport-sized photos – one colored with a white background, and one with a complete name tag, two sets of documentary stamps, and one piece of a short brown envelope.
The PRC added that the date and venue of the oath-taking ceremony for those who passed the October 2022 Foresters Licensure Examination will be announced later. –Alyssa Joy Quevedo, trainee
