MANILA, Philippines — A man was found dead on his motorcycle in Pasig City on Tuesday morning, police said.
In a report, Pasig City police said Noel Escote, 40, was found lying lifeless on a motorcycle along United Street in Kapitolyo village.
Escote was brought to the Pasig City General Hospital but was declared dead at around 7:14 a.m.
Escote was suspected of having been infected with the coronavirus, but a medico-legal has yet to confirm the cause of his death, police noted.
“During a cursory examination, no external injury was noted, and further, the cadaver was lifted by the City Health Sanitation Section,” the police report pointed out.
