South Korea’s Yoon calls for safety measures over unorganized large gatherings

South Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol called for safety measures over unorganized large gatherings during a meeting on Monday, his spokesman said, following a Halloween stampede in Seoul over the weekend that killed more than 150 people.
