Olongapo City sustains downward trend in COVID-19 spread

OLONGAPO CITY–After peaking at 65 active COVID-19 cases on Oct. 12, the city has sustained a downward trend in the virus spread in the last four days, local data showed Tuesday, Oct. 25.

According to the city’s COVID-19 task force, the active infections here further dropped to 21 on Tuesday after registering zero new cases and five new recoveries.

The city’s active cases stood at 26 on Monday, but it also went down from 27 the previous day.
