Tanod kills man in Balamban
A 32-YEAR-OLD man was shot dead by a barangay tanod in barangay Prenza, Balamban town, southwest Cebu.
Police said a love triangle is being looked into as possible motive for the killing.
Tito Raplisa was drinking in front of the house of his employer when he was shot in the chest allegedly by Jeffry Artajo, 32, last Monday night.
Raplisa was taken to the Balamban District Hospital but did not make it alive.
Artajo surrendered to the police after the shooting.
Police said they couldn’t find the .38 revolver used in the incident.
The two men bore grudges against each other because Raplisa’s girlfriend is the former lover of Aumento.
