Fire hits residential area in Mandaluyong City

MANILA, Philippines—A fire of a still unknown origin hit a residential area in Mandaluyong City on Monday evening.

Fire Officer 3 Edgardo said the fire started at the corner of Magalona and Daang Bakal Streets in Barangay (village) Harapin ang Bukas at 6:05 p.m.

The fire reached second alarm at 6:20 p.m.

Mandaluyong firefighters immediately rushed to the scene to control the fire.
