LEGAZPI CITY — A motorcycle rider died when his vehicle collided with a tricycle in Naga City Sunday morning.
Police Senior Master Sergeant Tobias Bongon, Naga City police spokesperson, said that based on investigation, Elmer Junson Caña, 19, accidentally hit the tricycle driven by Leonel San Juan, 36, which was traversing the opposite lane in Barangay (village) Balatas at around 6:45 a.m.
Caña was taken to a hospital but was declared dead while San Juan was unharmed.
