MANILA, Philippines — A total of 433 bettors will divide among themselves the ₱236,091,188 Grand Lotto 6/55 jackpot prize, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) announced on Sunday.
The winners picked the winning numbers 09-45-36-27-18-54.
Each of the 433 bettors will have a share of ₱545,245.
Some social media users noted that the winning numbers are all multiples of 9.
Other netizens were also incredulous.
“The chances of 433 bettors winning the jackpot is far greater than just choosing the 6 numbers,” a social media user said. “This one is for Ripley’s.”
