Talisay beach volley semis on
FOUR TEAMS will be battling for pride and prestige as they lay it all on the line as the Talisay City Invitational Beach Volleyball semis starts today at the Liberation Park.
The top-seeded Froilan Trading tandem of Philippine beach volley team member Jusabelle Brillo and Murielle Froilan take on the University of Southern Philippines Foundation pair of former national champion Apple Saraum and Rochelle Rica.
The other semis match-up will pit the group B top-seeds Chona Gesulga and Suzette Panis of the University of San Carlos against the pair of Vhea Abellana and Therese Ramas.
Froilan Trading and USC finished the elimination round with identical 4-0 (win-loss) records while USPF and Abellana/Ramas each had 3-1 marks.
The champion team will get P7,000 while the second, third and fourth will pocket P5,000, P3,000 and P2,000, respectively.
