LEGAZPI CITY — A 64-year-old man was injured after being shot on Tuesday by an unidentified suspect in Sta. Elena town in Camarines Norte province.
Camarines Norte police reported on Wednesday, Sept. 21, that Artemio Barbasa was working on his computer around 6:45 p.m. when the gunman suddenly barged into his house in Barangay Poblacion and shot him four times.
Barbasa, who suffered bullet wounds in his left arm and other parts of the body, was taken to a hospital for treatment.
Authorities recovered four spent shells of an unknown firearm.
The investigation is ongoing to identify the suspect who fled.
