8 drug suspects busted in Zambales town
SAN ANTONIO, Zambales – Police arrested eight drug suspects in separate operations in Subic , Zambales on Sunday.
Richard Guerero, Marieta Manuntag, Jean Peter, Reymart Piga, and Harry Lagitan were arrested inside a drug den in Barangay (village) Isidro at around 2 a.m.
Confiscated from them were five sachets containing 15 grams of suspected shabu with an estimated value of P102,000 and drug-using paraphernalia.
After less than two hours, three other drug suspects, identified as Jimrae Alviz, Ray Ann Rogacion, and Christopher Padilla were arrested in Barangay Baraca-Camachile in the same town.
Seized from them were six sachets containing 6.3 grams of suspected shabu worth around P18,000.
All suspects are now detained and will face a formal complaint for violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
