Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) told INQUIRER.net that eight flights in total were canceled.

MIAA has assured the affected passengers that their respective airlines will be coordinating with it for their refunds and rebooking. The 23 delayed flights have since resumed operations, MIAA said.
