12 roads in Metro Manila up for repair this weekend – MMDA

Repairs on 12 roads in Metro Manila are set from 11 p.m. on September 16 until 5 a.m. on September 19, according to the MMDA

MANILA, Philippines — Twelve roads in Metro Manila are scheduled for repair this weekend, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) announced Friday.

In an advisory, the MMDA said the Department of Public Works and Highways will conduct road re-blocking starting 11 p.m., Friday (September 16) until 5 a.m., Monday (September 19).

The road works will take place in these areas:

1. Edsa northbound (NB) Quezon City (EDSA Carousel bus lane), Santolan MRT Station, Cubao Bus Station (2nd lane from the sidewalk), after Aurora Boulevard to Kamuning (3rd lane from the sidewalk, intermittent section)

2. C-5 Road – 2nd lane southbound (SB), Makati City

3. Fairview Avenue SB near Mindanao Avenue Extension (1st lane from the center island)

4. Fairview Avenue NB after corner Yakal Street (1st lane from the center island)

5. Cloverleaf EDSA NB to a segment of North Luzon Expressway NB (outer lane)

6. Roosevelt Avenue near M.H Del Pilar (outer lane)

7. Edsa SB Quezon City U-turn slot service road (in front of GMA Building), service road (1st block of Kamuning Road intersection)

8. C-5 Road, Pasig City truck lane (KM 15 + 171 to KM 15 + 665)

9. C-5 service road in front of Global Oil Gasoline Station

10. Barangay Balon Bato along Quirino Highway before Manila North Diversion Road flyover (2nd inner lane)

11. Edsa SB Quezon City (Balingasa Creek to Oliveros footbridge)

12. SB outer lane of Mel Lopez Boulevard fronting North Harbour Center Gate 2 to Vitas Bridge
