Quarterly assembly for senior citizens slated
THE Central Visayas Association for Volunteer Efforts (CVAVE) will hold its second quarter assembly on May 3, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the Stella Maris Seafarers Center in Pier 4, Cebu City.
Senior citizens and retirees are invited to attend the quarterly activity and avail of free cholesterol and blood pressure monitoring from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.
Applicants for the free cholesterol examination are advised to fast at least an hour before the test.
Dr. Napoleon Ronario, a US-trained physician, will discuss the types of arthritis and how to prevent it.
A registration fee of P200 will be collected from the participants to defray the expenses for lunch and honorarium of guests.
