Prince Charles, William head to Balmoral to be with Queen Elizabeth II

LONDON — Britain’s Prince Charles and Prince William have traveled to Queen Elizabeth’s residence at Balmoral Castle in Scotland following news that doctors were concerned for her health.

“Their Royal Highnesses The Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall have traveled to Balmoral,” a Clarence House spokesperson said.

A Kensington Palace source confirmed William’s movements.

Meanwhile, Britain’s national broadcaster the BBC (British Broadcasting Corporation) interrupted its scheduled programming to switch to rolling news bulletins following the announcement that doctors were concerned about the health of the 96-year-old Queen Elizabeth II on Thursday.
