MANILA, Philippines — A fire broke out in a residence in Villa Fojas Street in Tondo, Manila on Wednesday evening, the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) reported.
The BFP said the fire reached a second alarm at around 4:36 p.m., and was extinguished at around 6:43 p.m.
The BFP has yet to provide further details as of posting.
