DOH logs 2,812 new COVID-19 cases
MANILA, Philippines – The Department of Health (DOH) logged 2,812 new COVID-19 cases on Saturday, bringing to 23,571, the total number of active cases in the Philippines.
According to DOH’s latest tracker, the new figures also bring the country’s total number of COVID-19 cases to 3,889,160. The agency also recorded a total of 61,962 deaths.
The DOH also recored 3,803,627 recovery cases.
As of Friday, 24.82% of intensive care unit (ICU) beds are occupied while 27.69% of non-ICU beds are being used.
Meanwhile, 72,574,454 people have completed their COVID-19 vaccinations as of Thursday, with 18,086,979 booster shots administered.
