2 motorbikers dead in Rizal road crash
LUCENA CITY – A motorcyclist and his back-rider died after figuring in a road accident in Tanay, Rizal early Sunday morning.
The Police Regional Office 4A reported that Jonvy Balora was driving a motorcycle at around 3:10 a.m. with Angeline Evangelista as back-rider along Sagpat Pililia diversion road in Barangay (village) Tandang Kutyo.
The report said Balora suddenly overtook another vehicle then collided with an oncoming utility vehicle driven by Genesis Domasig.
Balora and Evamgelista expired en route to Tanay General Hospital.
Further investigation is ongoing.
