Drug suspect nabbed, P34K shabu seized in Naga City

LEGAZPI CITY — An alleged drug suspect was arrested in a buy-bust operation and yielded P34,000 worth of shabu (crystal meth) in Naga City in Camarines Sur province on Saturday night, August 27.

Police Senior Master Sergeant Tobias Bongon, Naga City police spokesperson, said Errol Eguaras, 41, sold a sachet of shabu worth P2,500 to an undercover agent in Barangay (village) Concepcion Pequeña around 11:10 p.m.

Bongon said a total of five grams of shabu worth P34,000 was recovered from Eguaras.

Eguaras was included in the illegal drugs watch list, he said.
