SAN ANTONIO, Zambales — Classes at all levels were suspended in this province on Tuesday due to the torrential rains brought by Severe Tropical Storm “Florita.”

Gov. Hermogenes Ebdane Jr. ordered the suspension as the province continued to experience light to moderate with occasional heavy rains that were enhanced by the southwest monsoon.

Earlier, the towns of Cabangan, Botolan, San Felipe, San Marcelino, Subic, San Antonio, and Masinloc also suspended classes due to the incessant rain.

According to the latest bulletin from Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration, Florita is moving north northwestward toward the provinces of Isabela and Cagayan. INQ
