5 drug suspects yield P400K shabu in Bataan bust

5 drug suspects yield P400K meth in Bataan

ORION, Bataan – Local police arrested five suspected drug dealers during an anti-narcotics operation at Barangay (village) Villa Angeles in this town on Thursday (Aug. 4).

The suspects were identified as John Kevin Manla, Jayson Paguio, Jerry Monla, Mateo Aquino, and Jiezel Angeles, all of legal age and residents of this town.

Police said the five yielded “shabu” (crystal meth) worth P400,000 and two handguns.

Col. Romell Velasco, Bataan police director, said the suspects would be charged with possession of illegal drugs and illegal firearms. INQ
