MANILA, Philippines — Foreign Secretary Enrique Manalo has designated five career officials as acting undersecretaries of the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA).
They are former ambassadors Ma. Theresa Lazaro, Antonio Morales, Carlos Sorreta, Jesus Domingo and Eduardo de Vega.
“The all-career lineup of senior management at the DFA demonstrates the department’s commitment to providing professional advice to the President as the chief architect of foreign policy,” the DFA said in a statement.
