PANGASINAN—The provincial government is offering close to P1 million to anyone who can give information that may lead to the arrest of the killers of former Vice Mayor Ramon Arcinue and his wife, Zorahayda.

The Arcinue couple was gunned down in front of their children’s rented apartment in Sampaloc, Manila, on March 7. The municipal government put up a P300,000 reward, but Governor Amado Espino Jr. increased the bounty to P800,000.

Arcinue was serving as village chief of Poblacion here. In March last year, the couple survived an attack in Barangay (village) Biec in Binmaley town.—Gabriel Cardinoza
