4 hurt as quake triggers landslide in Mountain Province

BAGUIO CITY—Four persons, including three children, were injured after the magnitude 7 earthquake on Wednesday caused a landslide that hit a chapel in Bauko town, Mountain Province, authorities said.

The victims were attending a bible study at the Saint Mark the Evangelist Chapel at Sitio Kamanggaan in Barangay Mayag, when a pine tree toppled due to erosion, hitting the chapel.

Police said the victims were taken to the Luis Hora Memorial Regional Hospital. INQ
