Rafael ‘Papi’ Diokno; 52
MANILA, Philippines—Rafael M. Diokno of barangay San Antonio, Biñan, Laguna, who died on Saturday, will be cremated today (March 17) after a 1 p.m. requiem Mass at the San Antonio de Padua Chapel in Biñan.
He was 52.
He was the the fourth of nine children of the late Fernanda Magcale Diokno and Amado Diokno Sr.

He is survived by brothers Romeo, Amado Jr., Ramon, Narciso and Joseph, and sisters Ma. Lourdes, Ma. Teresa and Criselda.
