SC budget officer back on stand

MANILA, Philippines—Araceli  Bayuga, budget and disbursement officer of the Supreme Court, returned for the  third time  to testify before the impeachment court on Thursday.

Bayuga was immediately called  back to the  witness  stand when the  proceeding resumed  in the Senate a little past 2:00  in the  afternoon.

Eighteen senators, who sit as judges, were present on Day 30 of  the  impeachment trial of Chief Justice Renato Corona.
