Raffy Tulfo takes oath of office as senator
MANILA, Philippines — Senator-elect Rafael “Raffy” Tulfo took his oath of office on Wednesday before Supreme Court Senior Associate Justice Marvic Leonen.
Tulfo was sworn into office at the Supreme Court building in Manila.
He was accompanied by his wife Jocelyn Tulfo, the party-list representative of ACT-CIS.
Ranked third in the 2022 senatorial race with 23.3 million votes, Tulfo vowed to be a “working senator.”
“For the past 20 years, marami po akong napakinggan na mga problema ng taumbayan at nagbigay ako ng solusyon, and kung ako nga po ay naging masipag na private citizen, ano pa kaya po na ako ay isang senador na?,” he told Teleradyo in an interview in May.

“I know what I’m doing kasi meron akong karanasan sa mga batas na ipapapasa ko. However, I still need to learn. It’s a learning process. I still need to study, kaya nga mag-aaral ako,” he added.
