Rollway, Roro repel rivals in LLBA hoop
ROLLWAY Customs Brokerage and Roro Transport escaped their foes in the ongoing Lapu-Lapu Basketball Association (LLBA) Radaza Cup held last weekend at the Villar Magallanes Sports Complex in Basak, Lapu-Lapu City.
RollWay bounced back from a three-game drought by edging Lheo Auto Shop, 67-63.
Ondo Casquejo and Welmer Rosal spearheaded Rollway with 20 and 16 markers, respectively. Meanwhile, Roilan Sumilang’s Roro Transport remained on top as it snatched its sixth straight win in the tournament by defeating Rulls Home Bakeshop, 89-84.
Jhon Taghoy exploded for 21 points to lead Roro Transport.
