MANILA, Philippines — A total 6,616 out of 9,729 examinees passed the Philippine Nurse Licensure Examination, according to the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
The top 10 who passed the exams are as follows:
- Jean Ella Marie Tuazon, University of the Philippines Manila — 88.05%
- Kevin Anthony Gutierrez Patron, De La Salle Medical and Health Sciences Institute — 88.00%
- Yuji Uy Espejo and Krisma Shantal Guanio Ponsaran, both of University of Santo Tomas – 87.55%
- Dicky Lara Calo-oy, Our Lady of Fatima Quezon City –87.50%
- Eloisa Andrea Basilla Bacaltos, Velez College – 87.00%
- Christian Justin Abrena Cuerquis, San Pedro College Davao City – 86.75%
- Ia Angela Jayson Andrade, Remedio T. Romualdez Medical Foundation – 86.70%
- John Michael Solis Ponsones, De La Salle Medical and Health Sciences Institute —86.50%
- James Edward Rodriguez Soto, Angeles University Foundation – 86.10%
- Wilhelmina Albert Mamaat Pascua, Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila — 85.90%

The exam was given by the Board of Nursing in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga last May 2022.
The result of the examination with respect to one examinee was withheld as per Board Resolution No. 04 dated June 10, 2022.
The members of the Board of Nursing who gave the licensure examination were Elsie A. Tee, chairman, and members Carmelita C. Divinagracia, Elizabeth C. Lagrito, Zenaida C. Gagno, Marylou B. Ong, Merle L. Salvani, and Leah Primitiva S. Paquiz.
The date and venue for the oath-taking ceremony of the successful examinees will be announced later.
