Bongbong Marcos meets economic team, tackles ‘priorities’ for pandemic recovery
MANILA, Philippines — President-elect Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. met with his economic team Monday to tackle his “priorities” in a bid to help the country recover from the coronavirus pandemic.
Marcos Jr.’s office said during the meeting, the president-elect outlined his priorities and gave orders pushing for economic recovery amid the country’s battle with the pandemic.
No further details on the meeting were given to the media.

Among those present in the meeting were incoming Executive Secretary Vic Rodriguez, incoming Finance Secretary Benjamin Diokno, and incoming Budget Secretary Amenah Pangandaman.
