Trinidad town's most wanted person arrested in Bohol – police

TAGBILARAN CITY — Police on Wednesday arrested the most wanted person of Trinidad town in Bohol province.

The Bohol Police Provincial Office identified the suspect as Joselito Auza Bantilan, 58, and a resident of Purok 3, Barangay Hinlayagan Ilaya, Trinidad town.

Bantilan, who is facing two counts of qualified rape, was arrested by police officers at 7:45 a.m. in Barangay Poblacion in Trinidad town.

The suspect was nabbed based on a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Azucena Macalolot-Credo of the Regional Trial Court Branch 101 in Talibon for two counts of qualified rape and lascivious conduct.

No bail was recommended for his rape case.
