3 most wanted persons nabbed in Zambales, Olongapo
SAN ANTONIO, Zambales—Two most wanted persons in this province were arrested Monday during separate operations, police said.
Steve Michael Manatad, 37, face charges for violating the Comprehensive Law on Firearms and Ammunition, while Rico Soriano, 59, is wanted for lascivious conduct.
In Olongapo City, police arrested Eduardo Otico, 61, who is facing a rape charge.

At least 23 other fugitives were arrested in Central Luzon on the same day, said the Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3).
In a statement, Brig. Gen. Matthey Baccay, PRO3 director, said his office was continuously stepping up its campaign to remove criminality, including intensifying its operations against wanted persons in the region.
