Drug suspect nabbed in Puerto Princesa buy-bust

CITY OF CALAPAN––Police arrested a drug suspect during a buy-bust operation Sunday in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan, the Mimaropa (Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon, Palawan) police said.
Col. Roberto Bucad, Puerto Princesa police chief, said Michael Gananical, 42, was arrested at 10:47 p.m. after allegedly selling suspected shabu (crystal meth) worth P1,500 to a police poseur-buyer in Barangay San Jose.

Also seized from the suspect were five sachets of marijuana weighing five grams, worth P2,500.
The suspect from Barangay Liwanag is under police custody. He faces charges for violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2022.
