MABALACAT CITY, Pampanga––Five persons were arrested, and P103,500 worth of crystal meth was allegedly confiscated during a buy-bust operation Thursday at San Roque I in Lubao town in this province.
In a statement, the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency-Region 3 (PDEA-3) identified the arrested suspects as Mark Rusty Garcia, 31; Ryan Cruz, 27; Rommel Bacani, 31; Carlo Gumba, 25; and Francis Tiamzon, 41.
PDEA-3 also “dismantled” an alleged drug den and seized six sachets of shabu weighing 15 grams, assorted drug paraphernalia, and the marked peso bills used during the sting operation.
