MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Health (DOH) recorded 160 COVID-19 cases on Monday, as reflected on its COVID-19 Tracker on its website.
This is the same as the figure recorded on average during the past week amid the national elections from May 9 to 15, at 160 cases per day or a total of 1,118 infections.
Active infections also continued to decrease, with Monday’s numbers bringing them further down to 2,688.
With this, the total number of confirmed infections is now 3,688,292 nationwide, with 3,625,146 recoveries and 60,458 deaths.
A total of 21,202 individuals, meanwhile, were tested on Wednesday, May 14.
