COTABATO CITY—Three people were killed in a shooting incident in Buluan town, Maguindanao, while voting was underway.
Lt. Cemafranco Cemacio, Buluan police chief, said the incident happened past 8 a.m.
Cemacio said they were investigating the shooting as they were establishing the victims’ identities.
