MANILA, Philippines — Tutok to Win Partylist #140 got a huge boost recently after popular game show host Willie “Kuya Wil” Revillame and other showbiz personalities attended their grand campaign rally in Sampaloc, Manila.
Also among those who expressed support for Tutok to Win Partylist first nominee Sam “SV” Verzosa was Binibining Pilipinas candidate Herlene Budol or “Hipon Girl.”
Stand-up comedienne Boobsie and rap group Ex Batallion were also present to entertain the massive crowd.

Tutok to Win, which will be among the long list of partylist groups joining the elections this May, focuses its campaign on affordable housing, education, livelihood and health.
“Ang Tutok to Win para sa akin, ang ibang partylist mayroon silang mga adhikain pero kami ang adhikain namin, ang purpose ng Tutok to Win ay para sa lahat,” said Revillame, while endorsing Verzosa.
“Pinagkakatiwalaan ko sila dahil sila ang may busilak na puso sa pagtulong sa ating mga kababayang mahihirap.”

Verzosa is the young CEO who built health and beauty marketing company Frontrow into a massive multi-level marketing enterprise. He said he learned the value of compassion from the TV host himself.
“Natatandaan ko sabi ni Kuya Wil, puwede mong ituloy ang pagtulong sa malaking plataporma, sa bigger scale na sinasabi niya. Ngayon nakakatulong tayo, pero sa tingin ko kung mayroon tayong partylist, may representation tayo sa Congress mas malawak pa ‘yung matutulungan natin, mas marami pa tayong maabot na kababayan natin,” said Verzosa.
Verzosa said real public service meant sharing the blessings he received to the needy and impoverished.

“Ako ang lagi kong iniisip bukod sa huwag kang makakalimot sa pinanggalingan mo, i-share mo kung anuman yung blessings na ibinigay sa ‘yo ng nasa Itaas,” he said.
Verzosa added they are pushing the establishment of “sustainable communities” in urban areas.
“Unang araw pa lang naming sa Congress, isusulong ko na ang sustainable community, kung saan ang mga komunidad sa urban areas ay may mga pabahay para sa mga mahihirap, may ospital, may eskuwelahan at mayroon silang kabuhayan,” he said.
