LUCENA CITY – A 30-year-old male pedestrian died after he was rammed by a speeding motorcycle driven by a minor in Laurel, Batangas before midnight on Saturday.
The Batangas police reported that Eduardo Aballa, was walking along the side of the road in Barangay (village) Leviste at 11 p.m., when he was hit by a motorcycle driven by a 16-year-old male.
Both the motorcyclist and Aballa sustained injuries and were taken to Dr. Ernesto Malabanan Memorial Hospital in the town center.
Aballa, however, died along the way.
Further investigation is ongoing.
