2 siblings held in Lucena City buy-bust

LUCENA CITY––Anti-narcotics agents arrested Friday two brothers in this city and seized more than P34,000 worth of “shabu” (crystal meth).

Lt. Colonel Reynaldo Reyes, Lucena police chief, identified the suspects as Bryan Dublas, 28, and his sibling, Aljun, 24, both of Barangay Cotta.

Anti-illegal drugs operatives collared the two during a buy-bust operation at 6:22 a.m. in their home village.

Authorities seized six sachets of meth with a street value of P34,680.

The local police classified the suspects as SLI (street-level individuals) on its drug watchlist.

Bryan was arrested previously on drugs charges, the police said.

The suspects were detained and face criminal charges. INQ
