MANILA, Philippines — The Legal Education Board (LEB) on Thursday congratulated the new lawyers who passed the 2020/2021 bar examinations, as well as the Supreme Court, educators, and the “relatively young” legal education institutions.
In a statement, the LEB dubbed the recently held bar exams as “historic,” having been “characterized by solidarity and genuine commonality.”
“Congratulations of course to our new lawyers and their families who have chosen to be part of the endeavor for the advancement of the legal profession. Your sacrifices, efforts, and optimism beyond compare have not been in vain,” said LEB.
The LEB also congratulated bar examinations chairperson, SC Associate Justice Marvic Leonen, and his team for “successfully shepherding the Bar Exams through the most challenging years in recent history.”

“These newly-accredited schools have showcased their inspiring commitment to their mission,” said LEB.
